A one-day session designed to illustrate the importance and value of developing and practicing effective business communication skills in the workplace, including all interactions with customers. Training materials are built around an organization’s existing communication pipelines (i.e., face-to-face, electronic focused, telephone centric, memo intensive, etc.) and includes customized versions for supervisors, managers and general employees. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is built into all versions, plus at least one experiential based learning activity.
